Low Force- no popping
Leander Flexion-Distraction/Cox - treats disc bulges and bones that have moved laterally, backward or forward. This technique utilizes traction with an adjustment that moves bones back into place. Cox technique reverses the harmful effect of gravity on spinal discs and joints. It is meant to reverse a herniated disc condition - mostly in the lower back
SOT (Sacro-occipital technique) - a method designed to normalize the relationship between the foundation of the spine and the top of the spine. The aim is to reduce of eliminate pain, but its primary goal is to normalize whole body function. It is a gentle technique used for a twisted pelvis, organ manipulation and cranial manipulation
Activator - a technique that uses a small, handheld, mallet instrument to adjust. The mallet has a soft rubber tip to deliver a light, circumscribed force; works most effectively for extremities such as carpal tunnel syndrome, epicondylitis in elbows and shoulder problems
Arthrostim - utilizes vibration and range of motion to make structural changes
Toftness - This method uses Toftness Detector, a handheld instrument that detects low levels of electromagnetic energy. this technique gives the gentlest adjustment possible and is used especially with pediatric and geriatric patients
Applied Kinesiology - a system that evaluates structural, chemical, and mental aspects of health using manual muscle testing alongside conventional diagnostic methods
Thompson - The Thompson Terminal Point technique is a chiropractic adjustment performed on a table in which cushions drop an inch or two when a thrust is applied to the spine. Subluxations are located by checking leg length
